Myra Go is a financial adviser who run a licensed financial adviser business called Go Financial Solutions Limited, trading as Go Financial Solutions Limited. Myra Advices on mortgages and Life Insurance.
Maricel Zafranco and Rosendo Campos are financial advisers contracted to Go Financial Solutions Limited. Trading as Go Financial Solutions Limited. Maricel and Rosendo advice on Life Insurance.
Go Financial Solutions Limited (FSP655471, trading as GO FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED) holds a license issued by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice.
Nature and Scope of the Advice
We are Financial Advisers who specializes in providing advice and transactional solutions for clients in the areas of Mortgages & Risk Insurance services. We are giving advice on behalf of Go Financial Solutions Limited, trading as Go Financial Solutions Limited.
We are accredited Adviser with the following companies and recommend the products & solutions we think best fit your circumstances and requirements:
ANZ, ASB, BNZ, SBS Bank, Cooperative Bank, Resimac, Blue Stone, Avanti Finance, Liberty Financial, NZ Mortgage Income Trust, Sovereign Home Loans.
Risk Insurance Providers
AIA, Partners Life, Asteron, Fidelity Life, NIB, Accuro Health
How We Get Paid
On settlement of a mortgage or issuance of a risk insurance policy, I receive commission from the above product providers I deal with. The commission is generally of an upfront nature but may also include a small renewal or trail commission. I also do receive a fixed rate roll over fee from some providers if I assist in re fixing your loan.
A full schedule of all providers and their commission rates is available on request.
In the rare event that you may require me to act on your behalf in a transaction whereby I do not receive a commission from the above panel of providers or you request me to act on your behalf with a provider we do not hold an accreditation with I may charge a one-off fee for this work to be completed. Any such fee would be agreed in advance and authorized by you in writing.
I will not charge a fee for the financial advice I will provide to you. However, I may charge a one-of fee of $700.00 for the financial advice and administration work I provide if your Home Loan Application was already submitted to the provider and you decided to cancel your Home Loan Application with us.
Conflict of Interest and Incentive
As a provider of professional financial advice services, I have an obligation to act in the interest of our clients when making a recommendation. In providing advice to you, should any actual or potential conflict of interest arise, then I undertake to bring any such conflict of interest to your notice so that you may assess my advice subjectively.
To ensure that I prioritize your interests above my own, I follow an advice process that ensures my recommendations are made on the basis of your individual goals and circumstances. I complete annual training about how to manage conflicts of interest. We undertake a compliance audit, and a review of our compliance programme annually by a reputable compliance adviser.
I will not charge a fee for the financial advice I will provide to you. However, I may charge a fee of $700.00 for the financial advice and administration work I provide if your Home Loan Application was already submitted to the provider and you decided to cancel your Home Loan Application with us.
Complaints Handling and Dispute Resolution

When we receive a complaint, we will consider it following our internal complaints process:
We will consider your complaint and let you know how we intend to resolve it. We may need to contact you to get further information about your complaint.
We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days of receiving them. If we can’t, we will contact you within that time to let you know we need more time to consider your complaint.
We will contact you by phone or email to let you know whether we can resolve your complaint and how we propose to do so. Myra Go, Maricel Zafranco and Rosendo Campos and anyone who gives financial advice on our behalf, have duties under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 relating to the way that we give advice.
